The EPIC Hearing Service Plan is described in four levels of service, technology and products, and costs. Therefore, no matter the degree of hearing loss, the activities of your lifestyle, or your economic status, you can be assured that hearing care is available and affordable.

  • All payments are to EPIC to insure consistency, standardization, and price quotes.
  • All administration is performed by EPIC.

  5. Billing and collection directly for all professional services and devices (no office co-pays or balance billing by provider)
