The Lexie B2 Plus Powered by Bose rechargeable over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids take personalization to the next level. A convenient in-app hearing test provides you with recommended hearing aid settings tailored to your unique hearing profile. The Lexie app lets you further optimize your listening experience - by giving you the ability to conveniently adjust the volume, sound clarity, and background noise to your preference.

Feedback cancellation and noise reduction help manage background noise, while directionality control lets you switch between Everywhere and Front modes to help you better capture the sounds you want to hear and minimize distractions.
Customizable settings: Optimize your listening in any environment by choosing from 4 preset options – or create up to 10 custom profiles of your own. Each hearing aid also includes an on-device toggle switch to raise and lower volume without needing to open the app.
Intuitive Lexie app: Set up, control, and customize your hearing aids through the user-friendly Lexie app. An in-app hearing test can provide recommended settings to customize your hearing aids to your unique profile. The app also comes with Lexie Rewards, a program to help ease you into wearing your new hearing aids and learn to use all of its features.
Award-winning customer service: Get lifetime on-demand support – via phone, live video, or live chat – from Lexie Experts®. A Lexie Expert will contact you during the first 45 days of ownership to make sure you’re adjusting to your hearing aids and answer your questions.
Rechargeable battery: Holds up to 18 hours of charge. The charging case, if fully charged, also includes its own battery which provides an extra full charge for your hearing aids when you are on the go.
Call streaming: Bluetooth® enabled for phone call streaming with iOS® and select Android™ devices. Music and media streaming is possible, but not optimal. See FAQs for more details.
Comfortable fit: Comes with multiple dome sizes and types to help ensure a comfortable fit. If different receiver wire sizes are needed than what is provided, Lexie will provide additional sizes at no charge within 45 days of purchase.
Compatibility requirements: Compatible with iOS® and select Android™ devices. Android users may want to check with your mobile carrier to see if your phone is compatible with direct streaming/Android streaming for hearing aids (also known as ASHA).

Warranty: 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing and performance defects. Within that 1-year period, if Lexie finds your hearing aids to be defective, they will repair or replace them free of charge.

Yes, you will need to set up your hearing aids before using them. Your purchase comes with a user manual and quick start guide to help walk you through setup. You also have the option to work with a Lexie Expert® for help with setup and troubleshooting if needed.
