As COVID-19 continues, EPIC Hearing Healthcare (EPIC) wants to assure you that the health and well-being of our customers are our top priorities. As COVID-19 conditions improve and individual state restrictions begin to lift, we will resume our normal hearing provider network operations. Beginning Monday, May 11, you will be able to connect with EPIC providers and receive hearing care in-person at available locations.

Hearing appointments

During in-person appointments with a hearing provider, we request you adhere to CDC best practices, like wearing a face mask or other face covering. EPIC providers are sanitizing their offices and equipment and taking other important steps aligned with CDC guidance to help ensure a safe, healthy environment.

Purchasing next steps – ordering hearing aids right from your home

If you have already seen a provider for a hearing test and would like to move forward with your hearing aid purchase, you can contact EPIC. Our major hearing aid suppliers are in close contact with us and are continuing to supply hearing aids to meet demand. If you are interested in ordering Relate hearing aids from the comfort of your home for delivery right to your doorstep, you may contact us to learn more.
